Judd Wilson brings over 30 years of experience in operations management, specializing in customer relations and complex issue resolution. Having grown up in the mobile home industry, he gained invaluable insight from his father, who served as a plant manager and senior executive vice president for more than 40 years. This background has given him a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to excellence.

Judd resides in Madison, MS, with his wife of 28 years. They have three daughters and one son. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and staying active with various projects.

Rachel Neal is our Sales Office Coordinator for our Pearl, MS location and helps behind the scenes with making sure the process from being a potential client to becoming a proud homeowner with Magnolia Estates is as smooth as possible! She is always happy to help and genuinely enjoys being a part of our clients' journey to starting off in their new homes. In her off time, she can be found assisting with animal rescue, learning new recipes, or gardening.
